Location: Calgary, Alberta (generally in office 3 days per week and work from home 2 days per week – although this is subject to change depending on event-based needs). The office is located outside of downtown in South-West Calgary and offers good access to transit and free staff parking.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Registration & Admin Coordinator to support our finance team in handling critical tasks related to event registration, customer
support, sales administration, and accounts receivable processes. This role will also involve occasional travel to our events, providing an exciting opportunity to see your work come to
life.
Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week), reporting to CFO.
